I own the web site once it is complete?
After we design
your web site and upload it to the internet you will have
complete ownership of your web site. Ocean 19 will also provide
you with your web site on a CD.
Can
I add pages at a later time?
Yes, you can add
more pages at anytime. Please note there will be additional fee.
Will
I be able to give input while my site is being built?
Yes, we
encourage your feedback throughout the entire design process. We
have a system of check points for you every step of the way.
Tell us if you love it, hate it, or just want a few changes. It
does not matter, you will not hurt our feelings. Feedback comes
with the industry.
I
need a web site ASAP, what are all the fees associated
with getting a basic web site on the internet?
To get a basic
informative site on the internet you will need to pay for the
design of a web site,
a domain name
($10.00/year), and you will need to purchase
Web hosting ($10.00-$30.00/
month). With our system you will only pay $19.95 per month all
is included within that Price.
What
if I am not happy with my design?
Impossible, our
check point system does not allow us to move forward unless you
"OK" our work. We will modify, change, or redo your design as
many times as your desire until you are completely 100%
satisfied.
How
does payment work?
The payment is
done by Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), online checks. Once
payment is made, we will upload your site to the internet.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit
cards including: Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
How
long will it be before my web site is up on the internet?
Once all your
materials (text & photos) are submitted, and if your site does
not require a database or extensive flash animation, your site
will be done in in 2 to 5 days.
Will
my web site be listed in major search engines like Google and Yahoo?
If you purchase
our basic search engine optimization
package your web site will be found under your company name in
all the major search engines.
Can
I add an E-Commerce package to my site later?
Absolutely. You
can always expand your web site at any time. Note additional
fees may occur.
